Joseph Henry Partners with Chef Monya Kilian Palmer
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with accomplished chef and culinary writer Monya Kilian Palmer to create a series of exclusive recipes designed especially for our customers.
Monya has some serious credentials, having worked alongside Heston Blumental at The Fat Duck Group (named after his 3 Michelin starred restaurant) for over 3 years, and eventually becoming Culinary Editor of Le Cordon Bleu International.
"I was honoured to spend three and a half exhilarating years working with Heston Blumenthal and his extremely talented team at the Fat Duck Experimental Kitchen. There was some recipe development in the early days and I fondly remember having to develop a homemade bubble gum for a TV show. It had to taste like apples and look like spaghetti!” says Monya.
Monya went on to test recipes and project manage Blumental's multi-award winning cookbook HISTORIC HESTON (2013).

Monya is bringing all of her experience, expertise, and creativity to Joseph Henry, creating a series of delicious meals designed for amateur chefs and budding foodies. It's the perfect opportunity to hone your skills with one of our professional chef's knives
At the end of October, Monya will be revealing her first creation for Joseph Henry - The Ginner Party for Two - an indulgent three-course meal for two with gin pairings.
